Good strain for noob grower any recommendations??

I only have one plant under my belt and it was a bag seed grow in miracle grow potting soil (i know) and it was a micro. Im planning on using CFL's prolly 2 T8's and wanna try a vert grow. Whats a good strain that has a good yield and is hard to mess up so to speak?
