#1: YES
#2: NO!!!!!!! It maybe more prone to but, you have a fair chance of at least 1 of those not going bisexual. Keep the plant as unstressed as you can in the grow - especially near the end! Kinda depends on just how the plant pollinated it's self to get those seeds and why. You will never know that.
#3: Yup!

Seeds from a plant having expressed bisexuality. Do not all turn out to express the trait in the resulting seeds - even ones that came from bad breeding practice! You will get some that don't express that - Mendal's breeding experiments!

Less so for late bloom, odd banana throwing plants (over true ball makers)
I have gotten seeds from a breeder, through the "Tude", that threw Banana's real bad in about 75% of the plants! Bad breeding practice and a fine example of Mendal's genetic discoveries.....(3-3-1-3).
@Dr. Who is correct higher chance but there could be a stable one out of those 4. Screw it shuts beast who knows could end up with one like thisIMG_20160910_204234698.jpg

agreed on environment, i have some bagseed from a heavy indica "medical" strain that i have run prolly 8 of those seeds over time, with only one showing hermie on me. I tend to keep those small, 30 day veg in 3 to 5 gallon pots, that way i can easily pull them out for inspection

Yeah that's my plan, I just bought a cheap Mars 300W LED to create a seperate chamber to flower this seed out. That way I can quickly isolate it.

Thank you so much for the detailed response. I have officially 3 flowering chambers that each house one solo plant so I think it's worth the grow!

I got a half dozen seeds from a GG fat eighth recently and I popped them all. 5 are going ok in veg right now and I have the same hopes as you do!

Is this strain prone to self pollination or perhaps a male was not spotted early enough in this particular grow? Whatever way, I share your anticipation.

I'll update here too if you don't mind...

Yes please update!! Post some photos too!

Dont listen to the hermie bullshit...ive popped seeds from hermed plants....some of em hermed....some didnt.
Pop that shit.....you may have the next OG on your hands & not even know it........or it may be total trash......only one way to find out. Ive found this game to be quite similiar to breeding dogs, you need to keep & raise everything to know what you have......selection,selection,selection!

That's the plan! I'm hoping that I can get a nice female that I can keep as a mother.

Yeah if your eye for a male aint there.....or if you dont catch " it quick.....you may wanna wait to pop those until after harvest. Im popping all my seeds after harvest....i takes no chances....lol

But if he's only growing those 4 seeds it won't fuck his crop..... he'll just find out if he has hermies or anything stable

Exactly, plus I have three seperate flowering chambers, one for my killer OG, the other for my sativa runs and now this new chamber for this test plant. Used a $69 Mars 300w to create the 3 foot chamber so it was a minimal investment for the chance at 2/3 oz of really good Gorrilla Glue

That's a really good idea, only thing is I bought a cheap led light so i just created an isolated flowering chamber for these seeds. Only cost me $69 including shipping---God bless Mars hydro lol

This is a brand new build with lots of firsts including my first run at hydro, so its been a slippy few weeks in terms of refining environmental controls and feed schedule. We are getting there.

Here's three of the GG bagseeds, topped 4 days ago and sprouting new arms. Early growth was temperamental due to poor humidity management and overwatering (not used to these Pargro blocks). I also cut out adding bennies too early and the roots just exploded after that. Recovering well I think.

We'll see if they go anywhere... always worth a stab when a bag gives you free seeds and you have the room.

New leaves look very healthy and ready to grow. So sick, 3 of the 4 beans already sprouted so I'll have pictures in a few days too

You scare me doing it in paper like that but whatever works for you friend!

Right now i'm having issues getting rock wool to work for me in an E&F table with three strains plus this GG bagseed. Remarkably its the Gorilla Glue that is coping best right now, check 'em out below.

Despite some setbacks which show in the lower leaves, the fan leaves are bright and new growth is perky... they're coming along. Fingers crossed for girls, eh.
