I paid for stealth got the gsc Cali connect and a few others they didn't even touch mine but I spent 130 so the extra 15 was worth it for sure man I wouldn't risk anything over 100

Gsc where preme emailed them said they were sorry and was reshiping not sure if I'll have to pay shipping or not don't think so tho I replied and now I'm just waiting on a tracking number think they closed weekends btw

Has anyone had any problems with just the descreet shipping and not the stealth? I didn't order much cause of my big loss of over 3 bills from another company so I wanted to just order something small and see how it goes with Gorilla. And if all is good then I will order more with the stealth. Hope they hide well with the descreet.

Our regular customer service department has really improved their responsiveness - they try to reply to everything within 24 business hours & they're working on staffing up for round the clock coverage, 7 days a week.

Ok thank you for your reply. I have another question since I did not get the stealth on my order and has not been processed yet cause I just ordered last night how can I change to stealth since I have already paid? Sorry I want to try and get the stealth before my souvenirs are shipped.

People don't always work the weekends right now. Do we have your order number, ticket numbers, etc?

To be honest, they're being nice about just wanting pictures. Our official policy is to ask you to return any seeds you don't want for a refund or replacement.

The only thing I don't like is they said they would replace, then they said they wanted pictures - they should have asked for the pictures first. That kind of sounds like 2 different people are looking at your issue, so I'm going to ask about it.

But, can't you see their point of wanting proof? You sound like an honest guy so I don't doubt you one bit, but there are a lot of people out there who would take advantage of it if they knew we would replace seeds no questions asked for a complaint about color - or size or anything else.

For example, at one time, if you emailed us & said "my package arrived with green tape & the seeds are gone", we'd just say - oh, customs seizure here's some new seeds.

Now that we ask for a picture of the package with green tape that actually says customs on it or the letter from customs, things are different. Some people just never send in the pictures at all, but a few have sent in pictures where orders from other seed banks were seized or with plain green tape instead of the official green tape.

It's a case of a few people trying to get around the rules that makes it hard for everyone - us included. We'd be much happier if we could just take everyone's word for it when they say they have a problem.

Sent the pics now there saying they have never had prib because of diff color seeds I said that 4 are dead or preme and 2 seem OK said I can send them back but if customs takes it I'm shit outta luck pretty much so whatever fig they at least hook me up with another pack or some freebies for the inconvenience deff gunna take my biasness sumwhere elese for a while mabey firestaxs or sumthing for sure that's what pisses me off is that they said they resend them so I am lucky I didn't delete them off my phone and I sent the pics and they still want me to re send them witch is fine I'm gonna but its just a big Hassel and if they get sezied then I'm out 130 bucks for a pack of 60 dollor seeds first time ever getting seeds offline and its been a crappy experience
