its the week of christmas, mail is slow.

im betting your mail is still on its way , this isnt really a problem with GSB though this wouldbe a problem with the mail company.

Hey,

Shoot me a PM with your order number and your registered mail number. I will see what I can figure out. Worth mention though that a payment mailed from east coast on November 12th got to us on December 16th. Assume Christmas is slowing things down.

Also as I wont be working ( my standard duties) Christmas eve or Christmas feel free to use My direct email if you choose to: [email protected]

US Mail is SOOOO SLOOOOW! I sent cash as well. It took 22 days to get there, then 11 days later me seeds arrived in perfect order. Give it a while, it'll arrive.

It all just depends - I sent a box of Christmas goodies to the office from the states using the cheapest shipping I could get at the post office - only took 8 days to arrive.

Glad your seeds arrived in good condition- hope you enjoy them!

Enjoying them SO much! Another good point about mail options. I used a small envelope and an expensive method with insurance. Next time I will consider slightly larger packaging and less expensive postage as I think the registered mail is all done by hand on the US side. I will add again that USPS was the delay. The Gorilla and Royal Mail were very efficient. Thanks!

The only thing with the larger package is that you might not have any kind of tracking. As far as I know the registered option costs you about $17 - anything else tracked is around $50. Having some kind of record on the envelope keeps all those postal workers on their toes.

Still waiting its been a month now
I'll go search by your name, but you need to PM us your order number if you'd like us to help.

Note that there is a backlog from the holidays, but that shouldn't affect you if you ordered a full month ago.
Did you get an email with a tracking number?

Sherry

EDIT: I show 2 Open/Unpaid orders for Danielle Patton - 1 in November, 1 in December.
If you mailed cash, we haven't received it.

Please let me know when you mailed, if you used registered mail & any tracking number you may have. We always ask people to use registered mail when shipping cash that requires us to sign for it on our end.

That's one that I saw with your name on it.

It's showing that you wanted to pay by cash.

I'll PM you with more questions to protect your privacy - I see you're a new member & you might not be able to start the PM.
