Got a new bulb, what should I do with it?

I have 5 23watt cfls at 5600k on 6 plants in 1 1/2 gallon buckets. Just bought a 65(I think?) watt 300watt equiv cfl that at 2700k. What should I do with that?? Right now I have it in a relflective hood and hanging above the two lights that are lighting the two best looking plants.

First of mayne, congratulations on the lights. Anytime you buy more lights, you should feel accomplished. I'd make sure to run every cfl horizontally to make sure you get the most out of them. In all honesty, I would arrange them like this if possible:

Hahaha right? Thank you! My gf is like what's the big deal it's a light bulb??? I'm like yea it's awesome babe don't rain on my parade! Lol

I really appreciate the paint picture! :) but I'm not sure if I get it??? The green bars are plants I'm assuming? Why are they different sizes? Meaning the two good plants Are the tallest bars? And you're saying to put the 2700k 65watt above the middle and not put a 6500 23watt above that one? I was thinking put the 65watt above all the 23watt lights so it hits all of the plants because the 65watt bulb is 2700k and better for flowering but still good for all the plants in veg for better all around spectrums??

I plan on getting a 400watt mh/hps combo for when flowering time comes but only use the hps for flowering. It's just a better deal to get the combo and I'll have the money by then. I'll probably use the 65watt cfl with 400watt hps too in the flowering room.

yeah cfls are pretty good with vegetation..but if you get hid for flowering you will get way huger buds.. the key to cfls is just to get as many as you can around your plants without causing heat problems..make sure they are close to your plants too .... more 6500K for veg ( blueish light )...for flowering is 2700k (orange/ yellow light)

Stick it where the sun don't shine!... couldn't resist.
I don't use large CFL's, your placement sounds good, however, keep an eye on temps.

My bad, I haven't responded. Anyways, the tall green bars would just be the tallest plants. Good luck on getting the 400w! It'll be night and day. I just got another 400 in my inside grow, and it's fucking BOOMING.

I have x2 85 watt CFL's in my current grow that are in my signature and I am about 23 days from harvest if you want to check out the placement of mine. It's my first grow so I only used 2 of them at the moment because I didnt have the money for others. But I just put them directly over the 2 plants that I have and a ton of mylar all over the walls. I want some smaller CFLs to put all around my next grow though. The temp in my closet is pretty alright though.
