Got a quick question for all you CFL growers

Ok, so I'm building a grow box, designing it for autoflowering strains. The box is 32" tall x 13" wide and 13" Deep. I want to use 4 T5 HO 39 Watt flouro tubes vertically along the corners and a 65 watt flouro flood light up top. the flouro tubes on the side will be used when flowering with 3000K bulbs and the flood lights is a 6500k bulb.

It totals out to around 20,000 lumens supposedly according to the online specs, but im guessing somewhere around 17,500 for the real lumens.

What do you think?

Then I just need to think of intake and exhaust fan. the inside of the box is flat white painted already.

Thanks

Put the intake fan on one side lower to the floor the outtake fan on the top on the other side. And your best bet with flouro's is to get an emergency blanket from walmart to maximize reflectivity, flat white color won't be the best option.

ventilate as much as possible and don't overcrowd your grow area with plants when working with cfl's due to proximity issues.

ya i was gunna do one plant at a time and have another lil box so i can have rotations using a LED panel for seedlings and such.

the intake and exhaust fan, i agree with the one in a bottom corner and possibly two in the opposite upper corner.

And thanks for the input on the reflectivity, i guess white isn't enough when the light is now crazy bright.

I can't wait to turn this system on. it should be pretty dam bright!
