Got an Opinion??

These are my seedlings or atleast 2 of the 12 that are growing in my ghetto ass grow area. THey are about 4 days old...i guess 5 now but how are they look?? Doing good so far or should i change anything? Any nutrients, watering,etc I need to do??

Looks very stunted for 5 days, and its stretching for light.
What kinda light are you using, I'm assuming its not enough.

No nutes for like a month, unless you wanna burn them.

Yeah thats what i was thinking. I have to fluorescents lights, one 75w and another 100w. I have a lamp pretty close to the seedlings and i have another light that is stationary about a ft away. Should i add another light or move them closer to the light

are they CFL's? because if they are I bet there not actually 75w and 100w

Yeah, their the swirled Fluoros. I figured it was the lighting that was sufficient enough. What should i put in there? More CFls with reflector lamps or should i get an HID bulb as soon as possible. Or will they grow enough from 2 CFLs? Yes it is my first grow so cut me some slack.

Im growing with cfls the plant in my avatar is under 3 26w 6500k and one 26w 2700k so im running 104w but I've got mine about 2 inches away in a Rubbermaid lined with mylar. I was only running 43w for the first month and a half it went slow but it grew just get more daylight cfls there cheap and put off less heat

I now have a 100w CFLwith a giant lamp reflector over a group of my seedlings, about 2 inches away. Lets See how these guys go. If they seem not to grow within the next 2 or so days, Ill add another reflector with a 100w fluro right next to the other.

those things look fine bud, just let them grow. sometimes seedlings stretch a bit, a lot more then yours have. you have enough light until they hit flower

are you sure that's not the incandescent equivalent of 100w? CFL bulbs have two wattage ratings one is the actual power usage for example one 26w cfl puts out lumen equal to a 100w incandescent bulb so on the package it says 100w eqiv. it also says 26w, so my 104w cfls are putting out as many lumen as 400w of incandescent bulbs would.

Yes I'm almost positive cause it'd a pretty big cfl . I was also thinking about getting fluoro tubes to put on the sides of my area to add light especially when they get bigger,also it seems that some bend toward the light, is this bad??
