ok so i got busted a few weeks ago, drunk driving, pocket full of goodies and the bastards got a search warrant for my house where they found a a tent with 8 plants in it. The amount i was busted with will only be classed as personal and the prosecution is going to drop 4 charges and do me with 3 as long as i plead guilty without going to trial, btw i'm in scotland and our laws are very different from USA's or Englands......problem is although i lost a tent, 400 watt light and some other shit i've still got plenty of equipment left.......but i'm bored not growing...i've got access to another house to grow in but i like to keep a real close eye on my grows, at least at the very beggining.....ive got everything i need to start apart fro soil(although i've also got a 5 pot dwc so thats no issue)...question is should i just start another and say fuck the cops.....im still on bail so its also a question of goin to jail...and its been a few years since i've been in jail and i cant be arsed being locked up again....but i'm so bloody bored...especially watchin all the nice grows goin on in here!!!!!!:-(

if u have somewhere else like i do then fuk it ;))). the only problem is i can only go so much because of the nosy neighbours, also hard to smuggle things in and out.

hey man sorry to hear about that situation. I feel for you, not growin' means no medicine on the way. I'd go insane. As long as fuck-faced pigs aren't keeping tabs bro, I'd totally agree with starting another at a different location. Just keep the ammount of plants to a min. That may be a good idea in case you get a rerun of your last bust ;)

@ secretweapon :wet....as usual lol...i'd planned an outside grow with sum random bagseed...i do a lot of fishing so i was just gonna go and pop a few seeds in random spots
@soup....i dont think the cops will be watching me (you never know though!) but its more to do with bringin the plants on. i normally start from seed (although sumtimes i use cuttings) but either way i like to be able to watch them every day for the first month....and tbh i just dont trust any1 to spend the care and time needed....most people wont if its not their own plants....ah well ahll give it another week or so and make my mind up

I suppose it all comes down to whether or not you are WELL known by the local cuntstabulary, if your a regular in their cells then they will prob be keeping tabs on ya, if your not frequently in hassle with them then you may be ok to start another grow at a different house, just make a point of only going there in the early hours when their resources are stretched, daytime theyve got plenty of little mugs(like PCSO`s) to wander round after ya, nighttime however is almost a skeleton crew apart from fri/sat nights ya know

DUI. Very Depressing...sorry to hear Dura, been in your situation many times, fun while your doing it but a pain when you get busted.
As far as the authorties going to your home that's a practice going on here in the US also.
We have a marijuana law here in Michigan that was passed in 1998, the law is working well but the powers that be have lost a lot of revenue from DUI's.
People , (majority) have become more carefull when drinking. I live in a small tourist town on Lake Huron and DUI's are how they made a lot of income arresting tourists on vacation.
Now with the marijuana law passed police are trying different tactics to elbow their way into some sort of financial gain from the personal use of marijuana.
What they are doing now is if you are driving, are pulled over and are holding and they find out you are a marijuana patient, they take you to in for a blood draw drugged driving test.
I predict this tactic wont last long, over the limit is 50 nanograms, which means you could have smoked a joint last week and still turned positive.

Dura, I know growing is a fantastic hobby and very rewarding but give it a break until your other legal issues are resolved.
