got busted with 2 grames of weed

i plead guilty and got 12 months of mail in probation, substance abuse evaluation and treatment if needed, random screening, early term after 2 clean urin test. i did not get a lawer cause i did not think i could get better than this but i dont understand what mail in probation is exactly or how they do a drug screening if im not near them. im 1 hr away at best. any advise on how to handle things.if smoked weed for 25 years so i might not pass the 1st test so im worried how that goes down. i dont want to go to treatment what, do i need to say lol, i dont wanna say it was a 1 time thing then fail 1st piss test. i believe i need to get my self tested then mail in results... is that true? im in florida so if you been through please respond

update. met with my po. i only have to meet the one time. she mails me a form once a month. i have to fill in my address and mail it back. thats it lol. after 30-45 days i'm subject to piss test at a private lab and counciling place. when i pass 2 test in a row its over. i have to pay $30 for a piss test and $50 a month for being on probation, $450 fine and $50 court fee. i got 10 months to pay and my $250 bail goes towards it. i think i got lucky what do you guys think. oh by the wat i got this deal without a lawyer. i just went in and plead guilty.

Yea that sucks man. Your probably not gonna pass the first test and they know it that's why you have until 2 clean tests in a row to be done. Not a big deal. In my state the cops would probably just throw the weed away and write a ticket or maybe not do anything for 3 grams of weed. Its never really a good idea to just go in and plead guilty. Even with a public defender they can reduce your punishment. I hate dealing the with court system

if you have to wait 30-45 days before your first test you will be fine thc clears your system in 30 days if your a chronic smoker and as little as 3 if you have only burnt once in 6 months like me on probation

If you don't smoke weed for that 45 days, you will pass that piss test. A month & a half is plenty of flush time.
I'm 40, been smoking since I was 12, and I've passed several tests just by not smoking for a couple weeks, chugging lots of water and cranberry juice every day.

you know that drinking things wont clear your system they test for thc metabolites that in the urine....the thc stays in your fat cells and water doesnt make me skinny

at least you didn't spend any time in jail.

and stop arguing about how to pass a test. drinking a lot of water is a good way to dilute your piss.... it won't fool every test, but i once passed a test a week after 420 (between 4 people we smoked a quarter of corn, and about 1/8 of dro) by just drinking almost 4 gallons of water the day before.... i wouldn't do it again, i felt sick n bloated.... but it's possible...

but you have 30 days to get clean.... stop smoking, work out the first two weeks, and you should be ok...

Okie dokie... If you say so. However, I have smoked herb up til two days before a test I knew was coming, used this stuff (while also drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice) and passed my test. (If I failed, nobody mentioned it and I didn't lose my job )

this makes me happy i live in canada. ive been busted so many times and all they do is either take it or stomp it on the ground.

damn i'm in the heart of the bible belt and that would of been a hundred dollar fine.

this happened in clearwater florida. the orste part is that i did nothing wrong but have a car that was simular to a car they had apb on. the officer saw me in the mall parking lot in my car with sun visor in the windshield. i was on the phone with my brother talking about albert haynsworth and eating my lunch while on my lunch break. he thought i was a bad guy so he snuck up on me and opened drivers door and yanked me out of car. he cuffed me then searched car. then he found the weed. then he called for back up. when the 5 extra cops showed up they ran my licence and talked among themselfs and came to the conclution i was not that guy. i have no criminal record. then their attitude towards me changed for the better. i believe in my heart that the cop was completly embarred and needed to save face. his arrest report said when he aprouched car he could smell weed so he opened door and pulled me out. the report he gave the DA was diferent, he said in that report that he was observing me smoking weed with other officers. they where on the look out for red chevy i drive a marroon z28. my z28 has limo tint and with sun visor in windshield you cant see in car even if you are 2ft away and i was only there long enough to put visor in window and for my brother to read to me an artical on BBI about haynsworth. about 3 min max. my boses lawyer read all and said i was a rich man until he found the weed. lol trail would be thousands he said plead guilty and if i got a tough sentence i could apeal it. he said the judge i got was fair so i chanced it. the DA wanted $ 1000 fine and 3 years probation. the judge lowered it and then added the 2 clean clause. i almost plead not guilty after i heard the DA read my charge because i know i was not seen smoking because i did not light up yet, it was the plan but i did not get to do it yet. besides he could have given me a dui so i did not want to press my luck... it gets better lol. i have been smoking for 20 years, self medicating for nerve damage that causes back spazims. if been going to work now everyday since june 14 when i got caught. so i have been getting clean now for almost 2 months now. on friday re hurt my back at work to the point where my spazims are visable by doctor. he told to relax over the weekend and see if it feels better. went back to work yesterday and was asked to help move a metal table and i hurt it again lol. sent me to doctor again. she said wow how are you walking and gave me a shot of cortizon to stop spazims and gave me perscriptions for vicodine,meloxicam andamrix. i was told not to go back to work but to come see her monday. and if better i can go back to work with restictions. my back wont get better it's had 20 years to heal and it's only getting worse. this is now a workers comp case initiated by my employer. i had just made an appointment with a workers comp lawyer for 2pm tomorrow, i will be back with update. im from ny but i live in fl now 15 years and there is no records for me lol. any advise on what to say and not to say from those with cronic back pain?... ps i am sorry for grammer and spelling i am totaly fucked up now on these meds and they do not work as well as my home grown whitew widow that you guys taught me to grow. i dont want these med i regrett taking them lol they are not helping with pain just making me a little high and nausos. i might need a friend in a pot friendly state to help me relocated and get a scipt if i end up being on workers comp and diabilty. hit me up im borred in my house

oh yea i had to take a piss test for workes comp. i used synthetic urin which has worked over a dozon times. im telling you guys this because i noticed something all of you would like to know. the bottle i put the piss in has the temp strip the same that is on synthetic piss bottle has. when you give fake piss the only thing that will go wrong is handing them cold piss. if you notice after porring the piss in their bottle the temp is not high enough take your fingure and rub the strip very hard with lots of pressure. the friction creates a ton of heat and temp goes right up and it takes a few min to come back down. you can see it for yourself before you go in just practice on the temp gauge you get with the fake piss. so if your piss is very warm but not warm enough to move the temp gauge enough rub it it will go right up.. if anyone out there with that gauge go get try it the back me up cause someone out there might get saved with this info. ps again sorry for run ons and grammer meds are in full effect. if there was i time to smoke it would be now.. damit!!!!!

yea if i was smarter i would not smoke weed in the first place, but i have made it for 25 years before getting caught.

passed my 1st piss test 1 more to pass and i can get back to it
