Got In An Argument

I got in an argumet with my wife today, how frustrating these fights are.
She said something to me, i dunno maybe it was like
"hows my hair look", to which I replied....huh?
So she repeats herself and says...."hows my hair look"
So I say...........yes dear.
So she repeats herself again and says...."hows my hair look"
I look up and see her getting madder by the minute....
So I say gee, your hair looks great today honey!

Now she is pissed, and says, you never listen to me!
I always, and I mean always have to repeat myself 3 times
before you pay me any attention!

So I walk away, totally frustrated, besides nothing she said means anything to me, as she only said it once. I get to thinking about the point shes trying to make, and than it hit me....like a ton of bricks!

So I march back in the room and 1st, I apologize to her, than I try to explain to her that it is not my fault. I believe it is a trait that all men share. It is inherited and nothing can be done about it, and I know this to be true because when I walk into the strip joint, I look up over the door, where the sign hangs, which so boldly reads...........

Hey video this happens to me all the time, and not just with wife, with my coworkers too I kind of just tune them out, and after they repeat them selves I go wha? and they have to say it again...thats 3 times . Thats how I got a reputation to be hearing impeared and no one can get mad at me now, Its a disability...Except my wife who still does...

My sister is this way. by the time she asks me "wut did u say" i had already forgot wut i wanted to say, i am totally not this way. if i am reading something everyone needs to STFU or i will just leave. I could be good in a way of concentration to have this disability tho. i'd like to be able to try this disability but i cant

I get the "how does this look" shit all the time, usually when I am doing something that has my attention, so she'll ask, I usually hear it but get scolded for not listening because by the third time she repeats herself I still haven't figured out what I can say without causing a shitstorm, oh yeah babe you only have 25 extra pounds and your pushing 30, and those boots look stupid. I know that wouldn't fly, I have found an alternative though, if its clothing here is your reply +in the cheesiest voice you have+ Oh yeah, I really like the cut on those! if it is hair ...same smartass voice... That is the best job of brushing ive ever seen!

Im attracted to my wife but she has to understand if i got my head underneath the hood of the car in the driveway. I really dont give a shit what her hair looks like. Or shell try to tell me something when im going down the hall to put the kids to bed. Sure im not paying attention to her. Im compleatly focussed on something else. Women gotta learn that we cant focus on 10 differnt things at once.

VM, the key is always always make your woman feel like a million bucks. I am always telling her how good she looks. We'll go out and I'll whisper in her ear how sexy and beautiful she is. I am also honest. Brutally so, sometimes. If she asks how an outfit looks, I will tell her the truth. One warning, though, if the outfit or hairstyle is bad, make sure she knows it's the outfit or hairdo and not her. Say something like "that dress doesn't accentuate your natural beauty". Hey, works for me....

Hey hearmenow, I like how you handle things. We have that in common. I love my wife. To me....she is beautiful! She needs to hear it too, so I tell her. It makes her feel good, and I think she likes knowing that I notice her.

Exactly! I wouldn't have married her if I didn't love her. Physically, she does it for me. We are the best of friends too, which is critical. Plus, she's a huge football fan like I am. We have season tix to our pro-team and we watch most of our local pro basketball team's games too when they are on tv.

It's funny, we will have a kids-free weekend and our friends will invite to go out and party but 9 our of 10 times we'll just stay home and hang out. They never understand this.
