Got some nasty purple haze first time growing, Is it ready!??!

It's hard to say by just looking at those pics. The best indicator is looking at the trichs. Just from those pics, it appears to be a few weeks away, at least if I was going to harvest. The biggest mistake I see most "new" growers make is harvesting to soon. Out of all the time I have been going to these forums, I don't think I have ever saw on person complain about "waiting to long".

Remember, harvesting at the peak of trichome production will seperate you from the wanna bes. Good luck!

By the way, those really look nice. Just make sure you look at the trichs before you chop. Very, very important. The more experience you have with the different strains, you won't even need a microscope. You can tell by your naked eye.

Hey Hammer, trichs are the resin glands that make your weed look frosty.
you should read the sticky post at the top of the harvest page titled
Harvest time,... a tutorial.

Usually people harvest when the trichs are starting to turn milky or amber, you can check with a magnifier, if you don't have a magnifier you can tell when to harvest by looking at the "hairs" if most of them are curled back and dried 60 to 70 % you can harvest them.
