graft pot with psychotrias viridis

Hey I am doing some grafting on some exotic flowering plants and my far flung mind thought: why not graft pot onto a tryptamine containing bush/ vine.
Any thoughts out there?

Yeah, it probably won't work. The two species need to be common to one another. I do a lot of tomato grafting and did a bit of cactus grafting (couldn't get it to work) but you don't get mixes or blends on the scion. You just get the kind of plant the scion was originally.

So you could, say, graft half a dozen different "strains" of pot on the same root stock. I've managed to get three kinds of tomatoes on one rootstock it was cool but not very productive. The normal process however, Is quite productive, yielding as much as 40 percent more fruit and the plant grows much faster.

It is said that the fruit is not as tasty. I've never noticed but I never did a formal taste test.

Maybe with gene splicing. Scientists put spider dna in goats. Look at the monsters Monsanto made.

Of course. I suppose one could implant the genetics that produce other psychogenic chemicals in addition to all those inherent in cannabis.

But as I said, most things won't graft to pot or vice versa. Of course there is hops. I wonder if the hops plant is sturdier or more robust than pot. That would make a graft reasonable.

I can't say I'm an expert in grafting but it is actually pretty easy. Aligh the cambium, keep the scion Alive some 10 days and then harden the plant.

My problem is always with the first 10 days.
