Hello, so here we have it, a collective of 5 individuals, growing medicine. Grape ape is the strain, ive got alot of questions.

Here is the setup..

80 Net Pots w/ hydroton
NFT Drip System
4X8 Trays w/ custom lids 40 on each

.

40 gal res under each..

as of 12/25 each is at
550 PPM and 5.8 PH
45% RH and 75 F


Problems are, PH keeps rising..
Seems like im getting neut deficencys
tips are browning, i have no idea whats going wrong..

I am using FLORANOVA and GH Root Stimulator,

What type of water? Reverse osmosis, tap, well, avian?

Ph is great. I use a PH conditioner such as Humic (or fulvic)acid to counter large swings (It will generally rise on you) It's good for roots too.

Ok, questions are as follows

What do you think the problems w/ the plant are.. I am using tap water, @ aprox 50-80 ppm out the tap, i let it airate for about 1 hr before adding nutes.. lamps are 3ft above canopy..im trying to figure out what they are lacking, or if im over ferting..

I would flush with RO water and drop the nutes down a lot, or just completely drop them until the plants get a better footing.

I can tell by looking at your res that's way too much nutes for those plants. Drop the Floranova and just use the root stim.

I would suggest GH's three part Flora (not nova) The micro will help with any deficiencies you run across.

I'd put a cover on the open part of your reservoirs, having them open to air and light is not a good thing, you're begging for algae and bacterial problems. Given the size of your reservoirs, you might also consider bigger/more air pumps.

What size are your lights? Three feet seems like excessive distance from the plants, given that you have cooled hoods.

Also, this setup has a big electrical hazard, your power strips are laying on the floor next to open water. this is a double naughty no-no.

Ya, im about to fix that right now, i use 1000w light, i have 4 of them..before i had low neuts, around 200 and they started yellowing...so ill flush tonight with tap, because i have no RO water?
-SO i fixed that, and the PPMs are @ 400, i drained half, and filled w/ tap water, then PH'd its now at 5.9 in both Res..
I took some more pics..
