Great Lakes Genetics ?

Complaining about freebies is bad form. GLG is good shit and they always take care of you. There is nothing technically untrue by saying bogo, buy one pack, get one freebie pack...even if the freebie packs are smaller. As a consumer you can take your money anywhere, but GLG consistently delivers. Merry Christmas all.
Smaller isnt the biggest issue.... its different breeder and or not feminized. Again, its not really a freebie when the item you purchase specifically comes with it. When you order from CSI and they toss in a handfull of random seeds for free, those are freebies. When the grocery store does BOGO on chicken, wouldnt you be kinda pissed If the one you pay for is organic free range and the one you get for free is actually just a wing and a leg off a cage raised chicken? Ive seen plenty of advertisements on here for a specific breeder as BOGO but the one you get is a Bad Dawg freebie. "BOGO" and "freebies" are two very different things.

For you.................just the tip :blsmoke:
and only until the swelling goes down.

So if you were gifted a pack of known reg heaters, youd toss em because of a plant count? Solo cups dont take up much space
No they go into cold storage with the rest of my bank but will they ever get used.... who knows. Its not a matter of space. Im sticking within the laws.

As I mentioned earlier, it is hard to complain about something that's free, so "technically" I agree with you.

But as @JoeBlow5823 so eloquently pointed out, when the freebie is advertised with a particular pack of seeds, it becomes more of a package deal to some buyers.

I got everything I expected in my package, but honestly I was expecting another pack of useful seeds becaue it was advertised as a bogo with no qualifications.

But I am grateful that the pack of 6 regs I got has been tested. (That's what the package says.)

As for the 6 other bad dawg freebies I got for spending $139+, they are all labeled as testers.

I will probably grow some of them and take my chances, but a little more truth in advertising would be nice.
-- edit --
Forgot to mention that I am totally happy with the 3Thirteen freebies! Got exactly what I was expecting.

Its not even that its not "truth". Just need more clarification on EXACTLY what it is we are purchasing when it is a sort of a package deal. When you get freebies for spending over X amount of money, its anyones guess what you will get and its all just a bonus. But when it is advertised as a sort of package deal..... you expect the whole package.

@Bad Dawg I've placed several orders and I'm always blown away by what you give out. Roommates and I all use those koozies too. And that's one hell of a holiday sale I might add, thank you.
Most of us know the definition of a bogo so no worries, you can't make everyone happy
You must have missed it earlier -- or you have an answer???

Name one other product that's advertised as BOGO where you get less of something different.

I'll wait.

Do you think the vague wording is accidental?

It's possible I suppose. :eyesmoke:

I actually see it a lot these days..... Now its BOGO and then the fine print says (second item 50% off). Buy one get one 50% off. Really irritating. But at least there is fine print to explain exactly how the deal works.

This is honest feedback, and I want to emphasize that I am happy with my purchase.
Thank you @Bad Dawg.

And thanks for getting my order shipped quickly.
Once the money arrived, my order was shipped fast AF! (USPS delays aren't your fault, of course.)

How long have you been growing? You're just getting around to trying regs that happened to be baddawgs?
Not all that long. I started with fem autos because of all the bad info out there on the interwebs. Then i went to fem photo. Just ran the bad dawgs because they were free and interesting.

That's... not a very big sample size
It is not. But the odds of all 3 being male is 12.5%

I have run 6/6 female and 8/8 male on different seeds from other breeders so 3 seems an inadequate to make any meaningful conclusion. I have found that many of the multi poly ultra hybreeds will make a higher percentage males. Seeds from plants that have been bred for generations with rather simple lineage go more like 50/50.
