Some more good News the Skywalker OG is in full recovery. I did the first round of SCROG trim. Changed the nutes and did some maintenance.

I wish I would have taken pictures while they were healthy. Looked so pretty before being completely neglected and left for dead.

This is why I don't have a partner anymore... Timing is where its at... A flip to flower a good tuck and water should last you a few days if you can turn your ballast down to 50%...

Oh man, they got shredded. That's how mine looked. I almost ripped everything down. Real glad my buddy talked me off the ledge. I added about 10 days more to veg and everything is back to health. I'll have pics up tomorrow.

I tore it all down and took my momma critical that started my new thread... She was the only in decent health that could be moved..

Pissed... I still curse the f*ckers name... Now it's more of a "you know what....F*ck em'" ... There's nothing more disgusting than someone messing with someone's meds

Trust me you can't trust anyone (<--Irony, haha)... Had a buddy that was helping me and he, for no reason, unplugged my pump and didn't say anything about it... Everything died over night. He tells me "sorry man, but it really wasn't anyone's fault."

I was pissed, furious at the time, especially when someone can't take the responsibility. I think that made it worse for me. But I kind of take it as a bad learning lesson now. If you want it done right... Do it yourself. I find someone that isn't afraid to own up to something they fuck up. It's those people that you can trust. It's like it makes you more aware when you realize that it will be your fault if it fails.

I don't if that makes sense. Luckily my GF has taken a liking to the whole process. She loves taking the PH and PPM. Learning about how they grow. This is super beneficial to me since I travel so much for work.

That's what's up, that your girl likes and finds interest... my girl worries, she knows I'm fine and legit, however the lies our government told going back to the 30's have permeated much of society...

He refused to take any responsibility, and stole a bunch of my equipment... piece of sh*t...

All in all he was worthless lying piece of crap.... I've learned but it makes you wonder.... I knew the kid for years, more than a decade.... And after all that to throw it away for a couple of g's... smh

This was my Green Crack Mom. I am hoping (crossing fingers) That she can sprout one little leaf and start vegging again. The guy I got it from got busted so I am not sure I can find this pheno again. It was my first awesome batch of girls. More sentimental value but still. Way shitty.

Okay back to the grow.

As you can see above I will probably lose my Green Crack mom but it will not be the end of the world. It'll open space for the seeds I have... Super Silver Haze, Hawiian Snow, etc. You can see the list on page #1 post #5.

Good news, the Skywalker OG is fully Recovered and ready to flower. I am leaving out of town on Saturday so the day I get back I will be flipping the switch.

Also, I made some coconut oil cannabis. I did 2 ounces of trim/ larf for 1 cup (8oz) of coconut oil. It is in the fridge separating right now. So will have pictures tomorrow. <---- I did a similar process as I do for butter in the crock pot.

Here are the pictures before mega trim pre flower trim. I went a little nuts but I think everything will be fine.
(Post trim pics will be up tomorrow) I will also try to get my harvest weight from the Green Crack.

Looking real good, that sucks what happened to the mom...I lost a super lemon haze mom, it's tough because the pheno, so I hear you.. what's your preferred method in making extracts?

Geezzz preferred... all, hahah. I was doing BHO for a while but jumped off that band wagon when I found Matt Rize and Frenchy Cannoli.

So my new current preferred is a combo of Frenchy and Rize.

I am also a fan of alcohol based tinctures. I use 151 though cause ever clear isn't legal in CA.

This was the first time ever making coconut oil. Also, my biggest thing especially for edible oils is I like to use hash. It has least "edible" flavor. This time I just followed a recipe online since it was the first time trying it.

Holy shit I just had a break through... "Pincaolda ... Cana-Colada"!!!

Cana-colada ,,,, I love it.. I would normally make hash but I want some top shelf stuff, but I havent tried any other methods... I was about to buy a vacuum to make some shatter... But who knows... Do you have instructions on tinctures?

Here are the post trim pics. I am pretty busy this week but I am trying to get together the final weight on the Green Crack. I just have to stop moving for 20 mins.

Well it RIU isn't letting me insert pictures but you get the idea.

- The pucks are Cana-Coconut Oil <---Btw this smells amazing.
- The broken branch... That is from the move back a couple of weeks ago. Right before new years.
- The rest is post trim of the Skywalker OG


Here is a quick recipe for how I made the Canna-Coconut Oil:
1. 1 Cup of Coconut Oil
a. Place in crock pot on low and wait for it to liquify
2. I use a 7-11 big gulp cup and fill it about 3/4 of the way full of water.
a. Add the water to the oil
3. Weigh out 2 oz. of trim, larf, whatever
a. place in crock pot and flip to high
4. I try and let the material soak up and rehydrate since I keep it in the freezer. Theory is that you don't want to break down the actual green to much or atleast try not to grind it.
5. Cook for 1 hour on high and then flip to low.
a. After this I left mine overnight on warm.
6. Next day (4 hours later on low). Turn the crock pot off
7. I try to let it cool a bit so that I can use my hand. And so it doesn't melt the big gulp cup
8. Take a sifter screen and mason jar funnel and put both on top of the big gulp cup.
9. Pour the liquid and material onto the screen, carefully...
10. Once everything is out of the crock pot you can start squeezing the plant material.
a. I used my bare hands but I've heard of a french press, tongs, etc. The THC has been dissolved into the oil so we do not want to leave any behind. At least as little as possible.
11. Place Big Gulp in fridge with saran wrap or something over it. (Keep anything extra out of your oil)
12. Usually takes overnight (do not place the mixture into the freezer.
13. Squeeze the side of the big gulp cup and/ or use a butter knife to free you hockey puck from the sides of the cup.
14. Drain
15. Flip your puck over and you will notice a slime, crud stuff. Take the back side of a butter knife and scrap this shit off.
16. Google a recipe and get to baking.

You can replace butter 1:1 with coconut oil.

The coconut oil can be used as a topical cream for many skin issues.
