green fly

i visited my plants and found a couple of green flie on them. are they a big danger and if so how can i get rid of them?

in general all insects in your grow post a danger to your plants, kill one and take it to your local garden center, the will sell you something to get them down ask if they have sticky traps for that kind so you won't have to spray shit around you plants
