Green housing during 1st week?

Hey guys, quick question.. my apologies if this has been answered previously.

Seed germinated 2 days ago.. now in the 4th day of the grow... the plant has just shown it's way out of the soil. I was curious if I need to keep a lid on it to provide condensation and humidity, or should I just let it breathe?
