Greenhouse seeds 100% hermaphrodite free...absolute bollox

Just a quick note to anyone considering Greenhouse seeds feminised great white shark or church DO NOT GET THEM, last grow i used them and everything went great all seeds germinated and all were female this time i had 5 femed churches and 5 femed great white sharks exactly the same conditions as before but two weeks into flower and i couldnt believe my eyes as ALL but two plants showed both flowers and the start of pollen sacks, i know theres always a risk of hermies with feminised seeds but from a large company like greenhouse especially when they put 100% HERMAPHRODITE FREE on the fucking pack, i gave theese things a long veg aswell and with only two left i wont get enough to see myself through till the next crop, thanks greenhouse you pair of twats, i havent paid my car insurance so i had enough for your overpriced shit seeds, mind you there yaghts and villas wont pay for them selves eh ajax or what ever the fuck his name is, the king of cannabis.........NO ....THE KING OF HIS OWN HYPE MORE LIKE.....................
so dont make my mistake....DONT GET GREENHOUSE SEEDS...........

Growing conditions can cause plants to hermie, btw. But given the fact that they're all feminized seeds, I don't doubt the possibility that that turned on you naturally. The take-away here should not be that GreenHouse sucks, but that feminized seeds themselves suck.

Sure it wasn't stress induced? I'm not saying you can't grow for shit, just that hermaphrodisation is usually user error and not hardware related.
In saying that there is no way a seed company can say that there is a 100% chance of not having a hermie. There is no way of knowing exactly which traits a plant will exhibit, short of mapping each individual seed's genome. Retards just seem to pop up out of nowhere occasionally or in your case....everywhere.

You should still be able to get a pound or so off those two remaining plants anyway dude, which will kill your car insurance and keep you happy until next harvest.

damnnn i was just going to order the bubba kush and the church.
Don't do that. Not only is the true Bubba Kush apparently ONLY available as a cutting, but the seeds do suck. I got a free femmed seed of each of the two you've mentioned. The Church wouldn't germ for me. Bubba Kush germed, grew it's first two round leaves, then took over a week to grow out it's first set of blade leaves, which looked like lettuce. It got leggy (even with plenty of light). At this point, I've written it off. I'm gonna take it out into the woods, and plant it into the ground. If it grows into something, great, if not, great.

I'm much happier with the little purple jem autos! 2 out of 2 have germed, 1 is fem, 1 is male. Growing both to get some seeds. I know the autos are not gigantor humungo plants, but I don't care. It's just for me anyway. They flower fast, show sex fast, and finish fast. I can get up to an ounce or more off each. I'm happy.

I use a feminising seed soak. I would rather get regular seeds and fem them myself. The stuff I use is about 90% effective while the other 10% can be taken care of through creating a "female friendly" environment that also lowers the risk of a plant switching teams and growing balls.....for example;
Increased nitrogen levels = more females, lower levels = more males
low potassium = more females, higher = more males
lower temperature = more females, warmer temperature = more males
high humidity = more females, low humidity = more males
low growing medium moisture = more males
fewer hours of daylight (e.g 14 hours vs. 18 hours) = more females
Stress. any environmental stress tends to yield more males

Untreated, regular seeds should produce on average 50% male/females from my experience. There is no hard and fast answer to your question though. The better your environment, the better your odds. If you get shit seeds the best thing to do is ask the seedbank for a refund or replacements.
Most seedbanks will do the right thing by people so they don't end up with negative feedbacks from threads like this. From my experience in "SEO", surfers are 80% more likely to click on a negative link than a positive link about a product or company.
I know speedy seeds has great customer service and hooks up genuine growers. It really pays to know seedbank operators personally for better after-sales service and advice. I have no experience with nirvana but I have not heard anything bad about them either. Just stick with larger, reputable seedbanks that have a lot more to loose than some of the shady operations out there. I also make a point not to shop by price either. The initial outlay of expensive seeds is insignificant compared to the end result of strong genetics.

nice one all for replying, ive calmed down a bit now, and having done some reading and from your replies i see that the future for me lies with a mother plant grown from good stock and NON FEMINISED, because i had a couple of good harvests from previous feminised seeds i just presumed thats how it would always be but theese have been given exactly the same conditions as previous when i didnt have one hermie, one thing i did notice is greenhouse ran out of church seeds a while ago and when i finnaly got them (theese ones) the pheno type was waaaaay different to before a totally different looking plant, so to be on the safe side next time im saying goodbye to femed seeds and goodbye to greenhouse....if the cannabis cup was based on feedback from growers and not who can grow the best/strongest weed on a one off basis greenhouse probably wouldnt have won shit all, the self proclaimed king of cannabis relies on this marketing ploy, he grows an amazing plant for the cup often wins and then sells whatever shitty seeds he wants.....................time to try nirvana i rekon, cheeeeeeeeeeers

If you are going to use regular seeds check out Shantibaba's line (Mr. Nice Seeds) and Reeferman's line (Reeferman Seeds). I will not say they are the only breeders I trust but I would say there are no breeders that I trust more than them.

The feminized seed thing has been argued since prior to their release and there was only talk about them soon making their debut. Most of what was, and is, said is speculation and inaccurate connecting of dots but part is legitimate. Depending on if silver colloidal is used or rodelization (the Soma method) there is going to be a difference in likelihood of hermis. Rodelization is turning a plant into a true hermi and collecting pollen from it and using that to pollinate another crop. That creates the hermi trait in the strain, or increases an already existing hermi trait if already present in the strain. Using silver colloidal is far better and far less apt to create a true hermi trait and then pass it on.

While this is only speculation and opinion I tend to believe that a fair bit of the hermi trait came from all the crossing of strains that has been done and the feminization process can increase it somewhat and combining that with a little carelessness on the part of growers and that explains why some people will have so many hermis.

Nice one brick top + rep for that response, i love learning and aint too proud to admit im deffinately still learning but i do try and keep optimium conditions for my plants if you have the time id love it if you could steer me as to where any stressing could ocur.
My set up consists of;
3 x 400w MH/HPS interchangeable lights divided over 30 square feet (i do the whole process from seed to bud in same room so mh for veging etc)
2 x 5" extractors and filters (temp ranges from 80 degrees f to 85 degrees f on hottest days to 71 degrees f during night)
Wall to wall diamond reflective foil
2 x 12" oscilating fans on low setting (gently blowing over plants during lights on and sporadically during lights out)
1 x 30 litre feed tank (heated to 23 degrees c with air stone and pump circulating nutes)
All canna nutes and additives set to 5.9 ph with tester and ionic ph up and down, including
Rhizotonic (stated dose)
Cannazym (stated dose)
Terrra vega (set at around 1.4 ec during peak veging time)
liquid silicone (stated dose)
FLOWERING
Rhizotonic, cannazym and silicone all still added at recomended levels as set by Canna.
Terra flores (set around 1.6 during peak flowering, tested by blue lab truncheon)
Canna boost (stated dose)
PK 13/14 (given between 4th and 5th week)
Air pots and standard pots (the plants that are not hermies are in air pots)
Canna soil mix
All seeds germinated in pete discs sprayed with the recomended dose of rhizotonic solution, and only started on light veging nutes after 8 days or so.

And this is the system ive used for the last two crops with the same seeds (church/great white shark) all feminised from ghsc i usually veg for about five and a half weeks, and have averaged about 5 oz off each and havent increased or decreased the amount of plants in there, and not one yet has shown hermie traits (no seed) so im at a loss as to whats going on, the pheno type was tottally different on the affected plants aswell but i maybe just clutching at straws.
The only thing that i cant gauge is humidity and allthough the conditions are the same the season is not, and its really hot, well for here anyway so i could be running way too dry and not know about it, and in which case i hold my hands up and say i fucked up, but ghsc shouldnt put 100% hermaphrodite free on the pack, oh now i just sound like a complaining turkey molester, any way Brick Top if youve made it this far thankyou, ive learnt my lesson with femmed seeds and by trying to cut corners i got screwed so clones of guarenteed females is as time saving as im going to get but as im only a handfull of grows in id really appreciate any advice on what i could do to improve things, and could this still happen with clones? .....cheeeeeeeers

A company I found to be reliable is Amsterdam Seedbank. Not only were prices comparable to other companies, but they give you an additional 20 seeds free when you buy 10. I purchased Carmelicious, attempted to germ 16 of the seeds. Of that 16 I got 5 males, 8 females, 1 hermie, and 2 duds for my 50 euros+shipping ( around $70 American ). With a nice harvest on the way and 14 seeds in stock, I feel it was money well spent.

Ive grown out feminised seeds from GHSC, DNA Genetics, Reserva Privada and G-13 Labs.

Thwe only hermie I got was from the 1 Church seed that germinated and was worth growing from 10 seeds. That plant grew alongside 6 other strains that didnt herm.

I even cloned it to make sure it was the plant and not me, and sure enough both clones also hermed.....i'm not saying its all genetic, but im saying that its not always grower error. All my other plants have been fine through 3 cycles in my perpetual grow, not a single banana on dozen of plants except on The Church.

100% success females. these plants are massive with 4 weeks veg and 3 weeks flower. they are extremely bushy with 30+ tops each. This best genetics I have ever had and absolutely amazing. $52 delivered not to pricey at all for 5 seeds.

AMS is insane, this plant is the best looking plant out of the group. here is a pic of GREENHOUSE AMS COLORED FEMINIZED plant at 7 weeks from seed!!!
