Low stress training u should no that all u do is tie her down not to much that u break the stem just enuff so she gets to the required hight drill a hole in your pot then simply use string not thread u don't want to eat into the stem just use normal string that's wot I used and bend her over sideways and tie her their and within a day she will start coming back up to search for the light simple and this will also encourage the smaller branches at the bottom to fight for their share f the light so u will benefit from it in two ways it's simple mate..

Yes lst is the way to go or u could fracture the stem this is called supercroping but I don't think u would consider that read read read man find things out......

Yeah, i have already been rechercing alot about all that cropping, super cropping, monster cropping, fimming, topping and so on :p

My next grow i have to try some different manipulations! :p

Tie the bitch down before u get rumbled by the nosy neighbours...
Haha yeah, maybe i should, but the problem is that i move them in every night now, as we still have about 15 hours and 10 minutes sunlight a day, and i want them to flower now, so it would make it a lot dificulter, and denmark can be pretty cold and rainy at night sometimes so i keep them inside at night with a fan on them in a pitch dark room :)

if they're still vegging, break the tops down, just bend that shit right over... she'll perk right back up in a day or two and all the branches beneath the break will grow up and compete to become the top.... I do it all the time
