Gb123 that's exactly it. That's what I've been saying all along.... People have to be paid for there services ex designated grower...while getting PAID can produce medication for a 1/4 of that of a LP... Sorry just because LP's did not research and under stand that this system would never work before they invested is not my fault or any other patients fault.... It's there own...peace grow strong gb123 for we fight the same battle

To all you LP's out there I understand you have families and all ......I honestly do not want you to fail.. But you have to see my point from a patients perspective and I do see yours....what I mean about being passionate LP's is if all of you band together and joined John conroy/patients/rec users alike in the fight against the bull shit unjust conservative government... If we all stand together I am sure the Supreme Court would see how unjust the mmpr is to patients.... And the government did not do there due diligence and broke advertising laws due to a falsity they sold as actual fact with no evidence..... Come on people seriously this is the closest we have ever come to legalization of the greatest plant known to mankind. Our government knows this so they are doing what many people have said on this forum before divide and concor... If we do not get along right now today and fight against the man for cannabis!!! Then our ignerance is bliss.....peace grow strong

So as I see it LP's are trying to be like a huge DG, so why doesn't an LP ask the patient what he would like to have grown, some of that some of this ... for those that like a mixture. That way they can show their support for patient concerns about strains ... cause if you turn in a MMAR your locked into the LP until your doc will write you up for another LP, but cause you can't try it out before ya buy.... you could be locked into a worse one.... that's a major concern too, besides the cost per gram.

LPs don't care about patients, all they care about is profit. They aren't going to take the time and care to produce 10's or even 100's of different strains. They are going to find a few strains they can grow under similar conditions and pump those out as often and at as high a volume as they can for as little cost as they can. But don't worry, instead of being locked into a single LP you can go have your doctor sign 20 medical documents! Then you can wait weeks to sign up with each LP and another week to actually get your meds! Not to mention all those shipping and tax charges you've accumulated sampling the LPs offerings! The corporatization of cannabis is bad mmkay...

Exactly what was argued in court and the judge agreed.
