Grocery Store Organic Fertilizer

can i make an organic fertilizer with stuff bought just from the grocery store?
Whatever you get, I'd say you would need to make compost rather than use "raw" material.

See if the store will give you some of their scrap/trash produce. Saw a TV show where folks were dumpster diving for food (pretty nasty, but would make for a good compost pile).

Check with Starbucks. Lots of folks over on the gardening forums talk about getting bags of used coffee grounds. Compost those with shredded leaves and stuff.

Making compost takes time, so if you want to make fertilizer right now you will probably have to get some compost (take a trip to the woods and dig under some leaves, then brew some compost tea).

some stuff that you can use from the grocery store are ..... lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, coffee grounds, molasses, in the pet food isle you can get rabbitt food or pond fish food.
