It has 5 vents at the bottom and 2 fans. Also has 4 23W equivalent to 100W 5000K. Do I need anything??? The temperature is about 73 on the bottom and 76 at the top.

Is that aluminum foil on the walls, if so, might want to get a wee bit of mylar, or some flat white paint, other than that looks ready to me, the only thing I see missing is plants

Look at this bud u need a 2700 k for flower

Flat white paint works well and theres much less hassle than using mylar or foil, also more light cant hurt i have 9 lights 8 are 23w 6500 and one is a 56w 2700 i plan on using this setup all the way through.

Also keed your thermostat up near the lights.

yup gonna want more light 100 actual watts per plant min i run 400 actual watts avatar pic is my grow 2 plants
