Grow room setup - advice/tips?

I'de appreciate advice on the following setup regarding how efficient or inefficient it may be, or if I'm doing something completely unnecessary. If you have ideas that might help to cut my prices without seriously sacrificing quality, I appreciate any input. This setup will be for my first grow.

Flowering Tent:

4'x4'x6.5' mylar grow tent - $109.95

Hydrofarm Active Air 6" In-Line Fan 400 CFM (intake) - $115.00

Hydrofarm Active Air Blower Fan 465 CFM (outtake) - $99.95

6" Carbon Air Filter 470 CFM - $79.00

1000 Watt Premium Grow Light System with a 1000 Watt HPS bulb, and 19" aircooled cylinder - $269.97

8" In-Line Duct Fan 500 CFM (for aircooled light cylinder) - $30

Springfield Digital Indoor Thermometer/Hygrometer - $9.95

Milwaukee pH600 pH Tester & Meter Solution - $30.00

Concerns: I was originally going to go with a 293 CFM 6" In-Line fan. I saw some posts where people were having temperature issues on a grow box the same size (4'x4'x6.5), yet only using a 600w light that happened to be aircooled as well. I will be using a 1000w aircooled light, but I'm not sure if the 400/450 CFM range could be a negative precaution. I figure that more airflow will also help out cO2 levels so I don't have to bother with a cO2 generator in the future.

I was told that 400+ CFM fans tend to get very hot which also may be an issue I'de like to somehow avoid.

I'm looking to have six plants going at a time so I can harvest every 2 weeks. I'm going more for quality of the plants than quantity, otherwise I'de just jerry rig a cardboard box. Is this grow tent large enough to house six moderately large plants?

Veg Tent:

4'x2'x5' mylar grow tent

Three 42 Watt 5000k/6500k CFLs

Warming Tray - $44

Concerns: I'm not sure if fans are necessary. If so how many CFM's should I look for? I'de like to have a single mother along with roughly 12+ clones going at once. Looking to run a higher amount of clones so that eventually I have larger and more fully developed plants before sending them to flower.

After reading around this website, it's stated that 42 Watt CFL's are the most efficient CFL's to use. I'm not fully positive on this though. Is there other, more price-efficient alternatives to using CFL's in a veg box?

In regards to the 5000k/6500k CFLs... should I mix them up and get two 5000k's with one 6500k or visa versa? Would that provide any advantage?

-Posted this in "indoor growing" subforum. Figured this post also fits in here well. If it's against the rules, sorry.

Looks like you've got everything and more. Total fan overdose IMHO. All you need is one out-take fan at the top of the tent it'll suck outside air in. If you have a thousand watter keep it at least a foot away from the tops and even further during veg. Good luck. Fans will be absolutely necessary in the grow box CFL's do create quite a bit of heat and you're using the 42 watters which get hot it would be like 140F in there. I'd stick that other intake fan you are going to use on the flower tent on the grow box instead for sure or get a cheaper 180 cfm.

Yea, I caught that a little while ago... the double fan mistake.

Do you think running the exhaust from the flowering tent over to and through the veg tent would be enough to draw the heat out from the 42 Watters?

Also, are three 42 Watters capable of sustaining a healthy and moderately sized mother?
