The spectrum reading on those lights is pretty shit, sorry to say.

Too much blue not enough red!

Id look at other lights with more red and less blue for flowering.

Got any recommendations?? I’d like to look and compare the charts and see how a good light compares with these. Still learning and always taking advice.

Sure thing

My personal favorite LED company would be Grow Lights Australia, a company very active on this forum with good insight. use code FORUM for a discount

My other recommendations would be the following

More blue light in a led grow light tends to mean 2 things:
- better transpiration rates: blue light opens the stomata. In a HPS grow this is done pretty much by heat only, with a led ots done by levels of blue and VPD; the combination of temps and humidity. So you could expect a blue heavy led light to be a bit more forgiving if you have a hard time to dial in your environment and heat your grow space.

- somewhat less yield but a little bit more potent. The amount of total of THC seems to stay more or less constant but somewhat less nugmeat means a bit higher potency.

I was using a mars hydro tsw2000 for our first grow but it put out a lot of heat so wanted to try a bar style light. Had no clue really about colors of light and charts. Lol guess I’ll look at these lights and figure out how to trick the wife into letting me buy more lok

I have a 350 es and HLG350, I was considering a ROI 200 for a veg area until I saw this.

I use a couple of them in a veg over 2 - 4x4 trays & theyre fine for veg but as said lots of blue. I always ran metal halide in veg "blue" & high pressure sodium "red" in flower. Ive also run 630 ceramic metal halide which has red & blue, all the way through & as Rocket Soul said got a better quality bud, just not enough to justify running it. If ya want quality & quantity youre gonna have to spend a couple bucks or switch to a 4x4 tent & use a full sized light. Theres some reasonable stuff out there new & some decent refurbed stuff priced to get you going

Electric Sky 300 V3 is $600? For 330W? Jeeze...

My HLG Elite 360 (360W) was just over $300.

Lights have gotten crazy expensive.
