Growing abroad

I've often thought like many that they're has to be at least one place in the world where weed is culturally accepted. Frankly speaking it seems like there are a multitude of different places in the world like this. How ever unfortunately there is always a steep trade off. (Not going to name some because some are purely race issues[Yes racism does exist & it's not always white people])

My question for everyone reading this is; If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you grow?
