Growing Candy Kush Express by Royal Queen Seeds for the 1st time

Hi, everyone!

1st-time poster, but not a 1st-time grower. I accidentally killed several plants before they even reached harvest. Slowly but surely, I got better. Got a few semi-decent harvests, with yields increasing from a couple of grams to 16g per plant.

Right now I'm growing one plant of Candy Kush Express in a fabric pot with good quality soil mixed with perlite, so I haven't added any nutes at all. Light is a "138W" LED, but has an actual draw of 44W.

The breeder says it's a fast flowering strain and can be ready as soon as 7 weeks from 12-12. It's now 7 weeks and 1 day into 12-12. Is my plant ready? I'll give it another 2 weeks, just in case...

Hi, I am growing Candy kush at the moment, how was the quality of yours?

Pretty damn good. Energetic half the time, stoned the other half. Smells quite sweet close to harvest, hence the name. The sweet smell disappears after it's been dried and cured, but it still tastes pretty good.
