Growing in a tent with with either an Aerogarden or Waterfarm. Still undecided :(

So I have chosen to grow in a room with a maximum height of 45" and length of 35". The room is also fairly cold, because it does not have the heat running into it. I have an Aerogarden Deluxe, as far as I know the largest current model, and thought that may work, but not sure since the reservoir does not hold much. I'm afraid the roots wont mature like they should. So I was also looking at the WaterFarm from http://www.genhydro.com/genhydro_US/waterfarm.html as an option. Also I want to do CFL's to keep the heat, and power bills down. I'd like to know what CFL setup would be ideal for a tent in a space like this. I was looking at this http://www.stealthhydroponics.com/product.php?xProd=196&xSec=40 or would it be cheaper to just buy a bunch of my own CFL's? I want something that wont make the power bill spike too much! And also something that will support one healthy plant in a SCROG. Also since the location is somewhat cold, would I need a heater of some sort for the reservoir? So overall what I'm looking for is:

1: A good tent with vents and would fit in a space 45" high, and 35" wide (both ways)

2: Should I go with the Aerogarden I have, or do a WaterFarm?

3: What lights should I use? I want CFLS, but will a lower wattage HID/HPS suck too much power if I choose to go that route?

4: Do I need a heater of some sort?

Thanks! I've been doing lots of reading, but I still like to get feedback from people who actually have experience, since this will be my first grow!

You can pick up a nice res heater from a petco/petsmart for under $50 (200w can keep your bathtub warm). CFLs are actually less energy efficient than HIDs. HIDs put out many, many more lumens than CFLs for the same wattage or less, but initial overhead cost for HIDs is higher (ballast, reflector, bulbs, etc v.s. simple bulb + fixture). I build my own systems, so I can't offer much regarding AeroGardens/WaterFarms. Smallest tent I've gone with is a 5x5x7, so..

Hope this helps.

Ok thanks bro, and what size tent would you recommend for me if I were to go grow lets say 2 plants max. in a SCROG, And what wattage HID would you reccomend I get? and just one?

I haven't honestly seen a tent before that will fit in that small of a space, but I did do a quick amazon search and find a 2' x 2' x 4', which suggests there may be other sizes out there. I would say buy the biggest tent you can fit in the space, and hang a 150w/200w lighting system in it. Here's that tent I was referring to (on amazon) with a full hydro + lighting setup.
