growing in soil

when growning in soil do you still use the same ppm method with your feeding water or do i have to do somthing totally differant?If it is different for soil could someone point me in the right direction.

Is your tap water drinkable? If so, it will do fine for a soil grow. You might want to let the water sit for 24 hours or so to let the clorine evaporate. You can get a PH probe to test the PH of your soil. You can buy one at the local nursery. A PH of 7.0 is fine for soil. If you ever convert to any type of hydro grow, you'll want to buy an RO unit.
