Hi,

Its been a few years since I've posted on here. I am planning on buying land in south Co, and looked up the laws of the land. Which leads me to my first question, how strict are the laws and how are the local authorities? My plan is simple, buy land build off grid small home build greenhouse. The greenhouse will be equipped with heat and lights. I just am wondering if I put up a 20*40 greenhouse will I have the fuzz come mess with me? Another question is, how hard is it to get new strains/cuttings? and or exchange strains, moving up there I don't think it will be smart to bring the mothers I have here, and it will take too long to find new super stars strains from the beans I have to be cost effective(I mean it will take 6months to find a super star strain and produce enough cuttings and veg then finally flower)

Thanks for any advise,

so a 20x40 greenhouse is for your personal grow?

my advice: stay in TX and violate the laws there. don't come here and fuck up the good thing we have going.

Been farming since 2006 and have never met a douche quite like you, I want to stay as legal as possible hence why I'd be going through with this. I have a kid now, and another on the way. This is why I am asking questions, and trying to figure out the gray area. Thanks though for the advise.

So do you ever get harassed having a green house? Have cops or inspectors ever messed with you?

I would advise staying where you are at, we don't need people coming here to break the laws we got enough trouble already fighting the feds to keep us legal we don't need more people trying to exploit our system.

Well how would I do it completely legally? Just the 6 for personal use? How can one get a contract with a retail dealer? Do you really have to be a State citizen for two years to be able to apply for a cultivators license? Why all the hate? I hear people every day say, oh got this in colorado, so jerk off with this bs about exploiting shit.

you're the one who asked how strict the local laws and authorities are. that kinda leads one to believe you plan on breaking said local laws.

now that you are asking how to do it completely legal, that strengthens my case.

? what I am asking is, would having a green house send red flags and cops to mess with me? I am trying to find out how it works up there.

Kids from all over are doing this, give the man- Nevermind his growing family- a break already.

A buddy of mine from up on the ranch grew a respectable batch
on a quiet, sunny lil patch
in a greenhouse outside of Pueblo. Said it was natch!
Allowed he'd made some good scratch.
Came back up here with new plans to hatch...

Okay, I'll stop. But it's true. People come here to work hard and grow good plants and live a better life and why the Fuck not?

Investigate being a medical card holder. If you want to stay legal, grow fewer, bigger plants. Dreams do come true; it just takes hard work and perseverance.

Going to call the county were I am looking to buy land tomorrow to ask them about this Land Use Code, does anyone know about this and have any input on it? Do you really have to have a permit for a shed a greenhouse or a freaking dog house? what about your own private workshop? Can you not buy an rv or camper in live in that until you can build a house?

Very nice gh, thats what I'm talking about, do you how do you keep them warm in the winter? What i was thinking is a few propane heaters, but they could melt the plastic and I would be up shit creek. So could I grow 12 for me and my wife? Also whats the weight average on some of this outdoors, I am projecting 3-5 per. The genetics I am going to bring up with me is some old school cheese(the cuttings I pollinated came from seeds from early 2000's another grower, Classic White Widow (this strain line is almost 10 years old), then I have some experiments I have cheese X widow, a strain I made called ninja smelt sweet n fruity came from purple afgooy and some freebie from greenhouse seed co, ninja X widow, widow x lemon skunk, super lemon haze x ninja. When I get up there, anybody wanna swap beans for cuttings?

I have a friend that is disable, and he wants to garden gnome. He said because his disable he can legally grow 100. Is this true? Ive tried to look it up and haven't found anything supporting his claim.
