growing indoors ?

Hey guys i was just wondering if you were growing indoors do the energy people or anyone monitor your electricity
and stuff like that and how expensive is it to grow indoors like how much doesit cost u guys roughly by the way im in australia

cfl's are the most inexpensive and low key way to start indoors
a small grow can be done with these that is effectively undetectable by power usage

the electric companies make there money on you and they don't give a crap

I grow in the winter so my extra power consumption is hidden by the extra used for heat and such.

sometimes they do. depending on how much usage. they can definatley come knockin if you all of a sudden have a big spike in electricity if nothing but covering thier backs. does that make sense?<kinda high>.
