growing on a tropical island

hey guys
right now im germinating about 4 seeds by putting it in a moist paper towel.
i'm just using bag seeds now but im just going to use regular potting soil in a pot and leave it outdoors. I'll water about every day, i might purchase nutrients so if i do what kind of nutrients would i need?
One big problem I have is that i live on a tropical island and i can't door any indoor growing. We get about 13 hours of sun and 11 hours of dark or 12/12 all year round. How will my plants ever flower if they don't have a different light cycle? will it happen by itself?

Okay I'm going to answer all your questions even though you could have found the answers with 5 minutes of research and some effort . . . lazy. ! better be soil you know isn't to hot. @ a lot of people start 12/12 from seed so yes it will be fine. also don't water every day that is over kill wait till the top quarter inch of soil is dry to the touch because marijuana plants do best with a wet dry wet dry cycles.
