Growing On Straw in a basket

Ive been seeing pics of Cubensis growing in baskets, How do you make your seal for the incubation period with this chamber. I don't understand how it just grows in a open habitat. How do you keep 95% humidity with an open chamber???. nothing about it adds up.

the staw creates the humidity, although many people still place there straw in to bags and make logs which they place inside a large fruiting tent or something. I haven't grown with straw but there is tons of information on it.

it is or was a common method used by commercial mushroom growers for other types of mushrooms. the basket method is often even placed outside under a tree for shade..

you have to pasturize the straw like you would with poo, some mix the two together.

You need good environmental humidity, I tried it before but could not keep humidity up for the required period...
