Growing Outdoors - Legal?

I've been reading throughout a lot of the forums, various websites, and legal documents i could find and i'm still having trouble figuring out if growing outdoors in California is 100% legal (in my position) Prop 215 Cardholder

I live in a small suburb amongst many other houses, I will be putting my plants under a canopy in my backyard in order to make them much more discreet... but my question still remains - is growing outdoors legal?

Not by federal standards. Locally they may not have an issue, I am sure there are lots of rules though

I'd contact a lawyer...it'd be worth some bucks to know the real answer

I could tell you if I knew what area you where in. But I dont so I am going to say its not legal.

Interesting... wish my county was listed... still leads me to an unsure answer... anyone think it's stupid to go to the police station and ask?

From what I can tell from watching some shows the only time it will be legal is if it's completely invisible.

Do a google (or search engine of your choice) for MMJ laws in your county. There should be something on the county website or some sort of information regarding it.

I was under the impression if your not listed on the canorm webpage u r good to grow. Could be wrong.
