Did anyone call your city hall to register yourself with the medical marijuana reccomendation?
I was wondering if I should call, just so my house doesn't get raided if Im not there and someone calls the cops.
Plus I don't wanna end up in jail for some extra clones because they diddn't know I was registered in the first place.

Has anyone had the cops come because of some outdoor plants? Do they have the right to search your house even though you have a medical marijuana liscense?

I just called and the idiots thought I wanted to start a medical marijuana business told me that my city doesn't do that then transfered me to some business line that was busy.

Hang up a copy of your rec in the backyard, grow some plants as discretely as you can, and hush ;) There's never a good reason to call attention to yourself.

why would u have to register with the city? doesnt that just tell them who is growing? ive never heard of this. state law says you can grow, so fuck them lol

Im not too sure how I am going to be low key, my backyard kinda calls attention to it.
How would you guys post your rec outside?
Would cops knock first or just break down my door because there is weed plants in my backyard?

make a nice color copy of it and put it in one of those plastic sleeves. then hang it up somehow.
the cops should knock first. if you have a legit rec, you shouldnt have problems. they may try to confuse u and tell u its no good just to be dicks. just stick to your guns and repeat that you have done nothing illegal and they need to leave your property immediately.
are your neighbors against weed?

Its my house bro, my parents are just my roomates haha jk.
They already know whats up though, Im doing an indo grow too.
They understand its for medication, so they support me.

why dont you do some studying and refute their lies?
its already too late to start an outdoor grow anyways, so its pretty much indoor only until next season.
do not put your rec on your front door. and dont call city hall and tell them youre growing. they dont need to know.
if cops come, just show them your rec and tell them to leave. fuck your neighbors, youre not doing anything illegal. like i told u, put the rec in a plastic sleeve and put it next to your grow.

yea bro hang ur req up on a line around ur grow..in the state of clifornia cops have to enforce state law unless guided by other authoriteis such as dea feds and under prop 215 ur safe to grow in ur own home for personal consumption up to 18 plants 12 veg and 6 flowering..based on that the only people who can mess with you are the feds, dea etc which will not get involved unless ur running a large grow op above the state legal limit so hang ur req up and ur good...they would need a search warrant before entering anyways if not youve got leagal leverage and you mas sue the state of california =)

actually its 12 plants in veg OR 6 in flowering. if u had 12 vegging and one flowering, it would be illegal

this accounts for the 50/50 rate of males to females in seeds

OK Here's my take....
If I had a kid of mine doing something that I didn't want them to do in MY house
I'd kick their ass to the curb of course they would know that and not get caught.
But if I spent most of their lives trying to be their friend and give them every thing they wanted
I would be were your parents are now, they are pathedic loosers and getting what they deserve!!!
Grow it on their door step they got no balls anyway LOL.
