Growmol light question

Okay, I'll have to look that up. Another question would be the best water to use for watering. I tried using sink water I believe where I live the pH level would be way to high.

You need to invest in some basic equipment: pH meter(get the best you can afford) and then a ppm pen to measure runoff. With those two devices, you can measure your tap water and see where it's at. Only other consideration I'd have using tap was if it was chlorinated.

You wanna keep the pH level at around 5.5 yeah? What is an acceptable ph level

A lot of people use RO water. Issues with tap water can be pH, hardness, chlorine. Don't use water from a softener. Chlorinated water needs to be left open for a day or so to evaporate off the chlorine.

So I can use these pens? Also it's probably more expensive to go without soil and go hydroponic?

I can use Coco Coir instead of soil will there be better results then fox farms ocean forest ?

No, not really. Chlorinated water just isn't the boogyman people make it out to be. If you can drink it safely its not going to hurt your plant. Many hydro users actually add bleach to their rez.

Good to know! I don't use chlorinated and never looked into it.

Sure, why not? Hydro would probably cost more but Hempy buckets are cheap. Grow questions should probably go to the Indoor or General Growing sections, lot's of people there with far more experience than I have!

Main issue on chlorine side is destroying beneficial microbes in soil grows.....not soilless (peat-coco-etc. mediums... Just my 2 cts

I used Clorox bleach in my reservoirs when I was doing flood and drain. It's just sodium hypochlorite which is used in many large scale hydroponics operations. Think all those hydro grown hothouse tomato's and lettuce in the grocery store.
