Growth Problem with Larry?

So i am new to the culture, and built my own mini grow box.

Here are my specs...

Growing: 2x LARRY OG plants

one is 2.5" and other is 3.5"
it has grown from seedling for 2 weeks and 3 days.
i use a 2 part nutrient, called Dutch Nutrient Formula (GRO) which has an part 'a' bottle with 2-0-2, and a 'b' with 0-1-3 (i mix them together).
I am growing under a DWC hydro system, with decent bubbles coming from as you can tell with the pictures of my roots.
THE pH is fine, 5.6-5.7, the temperature was always a problem but seemed to not affect the growing IMHO (35 degree celsius day, 26 night).

it's on a 18-6 hours light span under a 1000W MH bulb (at least 3 feet over it) with the MH only putting out 75% (750W). 3x4 square feet of awesome. it has enough juice to work but the growth is stunted (I think at least). area around is mylar'ed so there shouldn't be issues with light.

roots are fine, as you can tell, if they aren't plz advise.

it was growing fine from embryo leaves and onwards but after the 1.5-2 weeks in, it was just growing leaves, size didn't seem to go, the other one which is 2.5" hasn't grow since either, its like this midget plant... leaves are toppling over themselves and it looks ridiculous.. healthy but ridiculous.

My question is why is the grow either 'slow' (2 weeks is not a lot of time) or stunted all together. The little guy has soo many leaves as you can tell, but it seems it doesn't want to grow up :(

any advise will help.100_0117.jpg100_0118.jpg100_0119.jpg100_0120.jpg

btw, don't mind the curling or w/e, i had forgot to refill water in humidifier and after some light and humidity, its fine, but the colors on the leaves... yellow inside, green outside...

drop the light down a lil closer and add some calimag to your solution. whats the ppm's
What is Calimag supposed to be?
PPM? how does one measure such things?

I am still practically new to this, so I would love to be educated as I go :)

as for the light, it is impossible to do this without burning the plant as the wattage is much to high for this amount of space (tomorrow I will see if a venting fan will decrease the room temp of this box). I was told though that the height is optimal for such a strong light and with the mylar, the amount of light still reaching the plant is over 8000 lumens a square foot. make no mistake, the problem is not the light.

You could probably use more bubbles than you've got, especially as they get bigger. That plant looks "overwatered", which actually means under-oxygenated.

Which i had added a bigger air pump for just that (these are aquarium pumps, I have 3 set for 2 x 12 L full containers of water. there are to 2 for 30-60 gallons of aquarium water and 1 is for 10-30 gallons (but we all know that aquarium pumps aren't exactly for this sorta business). regardless I have seen a bit of improvement in color since last night. today I added a fan to vent out hot air in the box, and the temperature dropped to 35 degrees celsius only. I think this will be ok for now. I wish I could get it closer to 30 without having to go to 50% power (500W only which is 6000 Lumens a square foot). regardless, the fresh air should do them good. Also added a couple drop of pH down to the water as they were 6.5, turning it to 6 atm.

Only interesting thing to update on these is I found a leaf (still nice and green) with a yellow and burnt/old side to it. It didnt looks bad, but I defoliated it cuz the little guy needs to stop being so damn small and start thinking upwards, no sideways :P
I will update you all if there is any bad things.
