First off Ty for the kind words.
Will stay tied down until chopped. I use stainless wire and I believe its10 or 12 gauge. Doesn't have to be stainless obviously and guage isn't that important per se as long as it's stiff enough to push in the ground. I cut off roughly 12 inches. Bend a hook on one end and shove the other end in the ground. Then use twine to tie around the branch. I run the twine around the branch and tie a double knot about 2 inches from the branch. That way the branch has plenty of room to grow. Wrap the other end around the stake hook and tie it off. Even plants that aren't lst I will use this method to spread the canopy. Gets better air flow and good sunlight penetration. Good at dettering mold and good for growth. You will need duct tape and zip ties. I will zip tie most main branches upward on the main stalk that way you don't break it off at the base or crack it. If you do I wrap with duct tape and then use zip ties to squeeze it together. I'll change most zip ties at some point because of stalk growth.

Wow! My girls could use some spreading apart. My last outdoor grow I had to cut a girl early to prevent total loss from mold. My climate is humid and we are flowering but I believe ill have rocks before it starts to cool off. I will adapt this method my next visit and update you all

How does the copper affect budding plants?
I have used it 3-4 weeks into flowering, rain washs it away pretty fast if u got black spot later than that might as well trash it, if left untreated it gets into the buds whole plant just molds up,knock on wood I haven't seen blk spot this yr been very dry, it blooms in aug once it cools off its gone for the season.

I've got a catastrophe on my hands I'm afraid. I'm scared that my giant Candy Train is fucked along with2 Amherst Sour Diesels. The fucking shit is spreading fast. I have Bonide copper fungicide coming tomorrow. But I finally found someone who has it. It's an hour drive and I'm about to take off. I've cut off 4 Wal-Mart bags worth of leaves and there's more to get. Most have a tiny spot or2 just starting. Should I cut off infected part or the entire fan leaf? I need to spray everyday? Bottom side of leaves as well? @thumper60

As in max strength allowed and soak them down good?

Trying to save my season. There's not a single part of a plant that won't get hit with this pressurized sprayer I'm using. It shoots a stream 50 feet at full throttle. A gentle squeeze shoots a heavy mist that covers everything. I'm on last tank for plants. Then I'm doing one more for the weeds close by. I hope my season is saved. If it is I can't thank you enough @thumper60 .

What is the next step and when do I do it?

Shot man sorry to hear.... I've been losing some of my biggest ones to mites no matter what I spray, lost a few to early mold as well. probably lost 30% of my harvest already but everything else appears under control at the moment... sending out prayers and good luck to you...

Just getting done for the day. I sprayed the mother fuck out of surrounding weeds. I can't believe what have noticed the past couple of days. There is black spot on every thing in the area of my patch. Tree leaves of all sorts and every weed in site. After this fucking ordeal I'll see black spot the rest of my life if I'm in an area that has it. I'm pretty certain it's going to cost me some poundage. I'll be spraying fungicide as preventive maintenance the rest of my life. There is no lesson more effective than the one that kicks you square in the balls. :fire:

Amazon bungled my order and it will be here tomorrow. It took me the better part of 3 hrs to find a place with the Bonide Copper fungicide concentrate in driving distance today. Fortunately it worked out. I couldn't wait another 24 hrs while that fucking scourge continued to spread. I'm headed to the shower and bed.:wall:
