I use a Mars led and wasn't the happiest with it after a while I had to add a 600w hPs with it and will be changing that for 1000w closer to harvest , nutes I'm using either house and garden part a and b , gh 3 part mix , this packet powder stuff I've found at my local and I'm going to try some h&g top shooter at the end first time I'll be using a budding booster interested to see if I get results
Check out the harvesting and curing thread on here. More importantly the LUCAS method/KISS. (Which stands for keep it stupid simple) ive had awesome results just using 1 nutrient and not wasting money on snake oils. Even my local hydro shop guy told me this. Ive gone from Mars hydro to 600w and im happy with what ive got and will only upgrade lighting for COB diy build. Some food for thought for you :)

Lucas does not make for plants reaching potential! Local hydro guys are wrong more then right!
This whole thread is flat out stupid!

The plants will yield what they yield. It all depends on just how bad you fuck them up,,,,or on how well you get them to grow at potential......For some reason, I'll pick the first result.....

Doesn't it? I saw a grow on YouTube of dark devil and he got an incredible yield with just floranova bloom and cal mag.

Everyone has their own opinion though.

"On you tube" LMFAO!!! yeah bud, so he "says"!
I will say I always liked the GH "NOVA" line! Dirty as hell in any circulating or ebb hydro but works very well......in soil too!

Bet I could do better in hydro style or soil for that matter, with the Nova line! All of it used and applied properly. That includes proper change overs and following my feed rates and not their charting - that's stuff I already have dialed in..

So NO!
It still does not allow for reaching plant potential!!!

What more evidence do you need than a guy documenting his grow and then showing dry weight? Are you for real?
Im not here to debate and certainly not to take shit from someone who is behind a screen.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion, even if yours is wrong.

My time of experience growing MJ tells me I'm right.....
It's "been there, done that" sonny!
Sure, he weighed it but, against what? It proved nothing! No side by side, just a single result!

Lucas can preform ok, pretty well with some strains.....BUT, it will not produce what the plant can reach potentially! It's NOT my opinion speaking! It's my experience!

BTW, I have not given you shit!
You're behind the same screen dude......

I agree. I use floranova bloom exclusively and won't use anything else until I can go organic next year. Dry nutes is where it's at
Winner,winner...FloraNova Bloom and water in flood and drain,= over grown tent.
soil=Maxisea dry

2/3 oz per plant.
Are you going to scrog or what.? If 'scrogging' then you'll have a bigger yield.
Happy growing

the thing is, plants are living organisms.. Living organisms act differently from one another to guarantee its survival.

It would be nice if all living things had equal strength, non existent allergic reactions and the same metabolism\food requirements but how could that be possible without going against the cycle of life?

Its like feeding all human beings (or any living organism) the same dinner, some will die from allergic reaction, some will benefit less then others, some will still be hungry, some cant finish it all ect...
