I'd definitely make a tune for rollitup ;).

I'm not much for lyrics but I can make up music all day. but like I said my recording setup is pretty limited right now. the best I can do as far as videos go are my camera or my webcam. I'm not sure how good the speaker is in my camera plus that's limited by batteries so most likely I'll be fooling around with the webcam.

but yeah it's too late and I'm too tired/high to do anything tonight.

anyways, I could hella make a reggae tune for a rollitup song ;).
haha that'd be pretty sweet if you made a song for RIU

Man There is nothing like getting really High and Jamming, My son has drums, I can't read music although I can play some Kickin' sounds, I like to have a few beers and smoke hard than We JAM, He's straight,,,I think but he and another stoner friend of mine said it sounds awsome. I'm learning to tone it down and just feel grooves, which to me is much more difficult than fast styles. Especially for me cause I can tend to be stressed a lot,,,,Till I get Super High:eyesmoke:

if you have a microphone laying around that you can connect to the computer and download Audacity you can record some pretty good quality sounding shit on it. I use it all the time.

yeah I've actually recorded with audacity before. my cheap mic requires me to edit the sound constantly because there are high points that make the recording crack/pop.

it's a bit more work but I can get something out.

Is it crack/poping from being recorded (too hot)? If that's it you can turn down the input setting. It wont be as loud but then you can edit it to bring the volume up. compressor or just db+.

I play loads of guitar while baked as hell. Sometimes I write a straight instrumental tune, other times I jam out with old fave songs.

There's my bitch. :D I run her through my computer so my SBLive! can handle pitch shifting and modulation.

ah. all I've got is one of the guitar hero/rock band mics. they actually work surprisingly well for something that's used for a video game. only thing I don't like is it's a bit too sensitive sometimes.

i own an Ibanez AX w/ humbuckers. It sounds good, but I would like to have a Gibson Les Paul Sunburst (obviously), or a nice solid body jazz guitar. Regarding theory, I just know the basic stuff.

I'm more of a vocalist.

i dont play guitar, but i sing. and i find that singing when im baked is totally different than when im not baked...i can really get into it more, and i find that i have more range of notes. the emotional connection to the music is stronger when im blazed :)

Added a bunch of songs to my repitiore since my last post. Been learning alot of raggae. I've been wanting to learn to improvise, but I got a long way to go by then. :)

I'm down. Been playing 4 or 5 years, I'm self taught....

I've been working on Tuesdays Gone, Stairway to Heaven, and Johnny B. Goode lately

Kind of hard to get into the mindset of Chuck Berry for all the little fillers in Johnny B Goode though

Okay, man. You guys inspired me. I'm on my way to writing a RIU song.

Something like

So goddamn stoned, and all alone / But I know a place where I can go.
Everyone there's as high as me / Even the mods, I guarantee.

And somewhere later...

So roll it up, nice and tight / Take a puff, and it'll be all right

The chord progression for it is pretty basic, C G Am F,

So goddamn (C)stoned, and all (G)alone / But I know a (Am)place where I can (F)go.

I was working at a festival where Chuck Berry was headlining. He pulls up to the back of the stage in a 70's Cadillac. He then renegotiates his fee right before he goes own. He gets a couple of hundred more. He got payed entirely in cash. He was wireless. At the end of the show he said goodnight and walked all the way back to his car without stopping playing, jumps in and hauls ass out of there. One of the craziest things I've ever seen.
