I myself never point my firearms at anything I don't intent to shoot and point muzzle at sky or ground although I always have a round in the chamber and safety off. I practice keeping my finger off trigger until target is in sights. Feinstein is an idiot, a career politician and ironically a conceal carrying American. The fact she has her finger on the trigger and pointed in the direction of people is grounds enough to pull her right to carry, according to the gungrabbers themselves.
What I still don't get is why they are going after "assault weapons". The type of firearm Feinstein carries, a handgun, is responsible for over 90% of all gun murders. I think all rifles are at about 300 a year, assault rifles maybe 50-60? What's that, less than 3%?
Pointed at safe location no finger on trigger. Pretty simple.
