To add engaging in or supporting hostilities against the United States to the list of acts for which United States nationals would lose their nationality.
This bill is only in the very early stages, but you have to wonder what's going on here. Treason is already a reason for expatriation, but you have to be convicted first.. so the only reason I could see this would make a difference is expanding the ability to convict even for non-treasonous activities (Remember Bush's marijuana supports terrorists).

For the people that said the national defense authorization act 2012 section 1031 didn't apply to U.S. Citizens, this is the loophole. Its not passed yet but it most likely will

No this is not the loophole, the loophole is already passed. The NDAA gives authorization to detain American citizens indefinitely but in section 1031 it simply says that its not REQUIRED.
