i'm still hoping that obama is playing the moderate card untill he gets re-elected, then when he does, he will legalize it completely.
hate to burst your bubble, but the president has no authority to do that. the best he can do is take to the bully pulpit, but that would also be dumb as the GOP stands opposed to anything he is for, even if it was their own damn idea in the first place.

like the DREAM act.

or cap and trade.

or the individual mandate.

or the payroll tax cut.

or the EPA.

or infrastructure improvements.

or massive tax breaks in the ARRA.

their only goal is to make the president seem ineffective, and they will shoot down their own ideas to make that happen, even if it comes at the expense of we the people.

I think maybe the choices should have been more like Obama; Mean Mitt; Either; No? You are asking if they both said today that they would legalize it would we vote for one of them?

Hell NO They are both proven liars. Obama didn't bother to keep his '08 state's rights promise why would a campaign promise in '12 mean shit?

Has anybody other than Obamaniacs voted?
I haven't voted on this poll, there's only one option so its not much of a poll. I wouldn't choose either for anything. I wouldn't even trust them to prepare a bottle of bottled water for me or fetch one from the store, they'd probably take my dollar and I'd never see them again.

Texas is a republican state so I just vote Dem and Libertarian thru most of my ballot unless there's a rare republican who gets my vote

so, I'm voting for Obama but it's not like I'm a big fan or anything! :)

Would you vote for Obama or Romney if he said he was for legalization?

Ron Paul officially quits primaries. He is still going for delegates though...

if ether of them came out and said they were for legalization of marijuana. the second that they get into office they will be against it. who cares what the president wants. most of them dont do much they say. obama was gonna stop raids of dispensaries he did for a while and then started to raid them again. the president is a pawn in the government. they dont have much power. big business has more power in the government than the president does.

Maybe Obama is just head faking the Congress and really does want it legalized? Maybe he is hoping that if he hates on MJ users enough that the pukes will legalize it just to throw it in his face?
