yea thats what im saying, once your trash is picked up, its no longer yours, but if he took it strait out of the trash, on your property, thats a different story

thats jus some wild shit... sucks man.. u need to make emergency hide away spot in ur house! so u can stash that shit when stuff bout to get poppin! lol sorry to hear though.. im with the other guy it was probly a bum..... they do that shit daily over at my apartment complex... AND NOW A BUM IS AT THE LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD PARK GETTIN BLOWED OFF UR TREES.!

yea, i dont think it was a bum. they drove around my circle, stopped by my house ina truck, loaded my trash and took off. they only took the bagged trash also. without even lookin at it

I have a friend who is an officer and I had asked about this because one night I had a guy going through my recycling bin so I wanted to know if he was allowed to do this. What he said was, once the trash is at the curb, it isn't on your property anymore. He also said that that the boulevard beyond the side walk is owned by the city and not by the home owner. So it could be on the grass and not the curb and there isn't anything you can do.

He said best advice was to keep you garbage in your house until the morning of garbage pick up, then take it out. People, officers included, won't go through your trash during the day. At least this is what he was saying.

i do if your not legual to grow like some of us.you do not through anything incremanating in the trash. 1st rull of thumb. sorry for your scare but learn from it. good luck with your next.grow. i sure hope youcut the buds and put in a saf place for now. at least get somthing for your eforrts.

it is like that every where. 10ft to 25 ft legualeasment from the road to your yard for any county mounty

so all this over same baggies? seeds?? why were seeds in the trash? i dont know man. . i would never kill a plant like that. . you should have thought about it better. . can they really get a warrant to raid your pad over some baggies?

well if he has a record of narcotic's then im sure yes they can. but to happen over night not likly. but then again its the LAW they think they can do anything. thats a shame your buds where looking so good.

Thats how it is here. Once at the road anyone can come along and take it or go through it. There's nothing you can do about it. I never throw anything related to growing out in my trash. NEVER. I either burn it(when there's no snow on the damn ground) or throw it out somewhere else. Which reminds me, I have a bag full of leaves and stems in my tool box I was suppost to get rid of from my last grow. LMAO. BTW never keep evidence around. Thats a big one.

In my state they can take trash once you take it to the curb. They took my trash and found a sudafed box and got a warrant for a meth lab,when they came up empty they came up with a warrant for my urine and I was convicted for possession of an illegal substance by consumption and given a 5yr prison sentence. I made a mistake and smoked with a crank head that got in trouble. In my area "if you turn in 3 you go free" so I guess I helped him out at the expense of freedom, family, and happiness. I no longer indulge in the "finer things in life" but enjoy the beauty of others work.

Wrong, once your trash is on the road waiting to get picked up they can go thru it. It isn't illegal and they do not need a warrant, that's why you throw your sensitive stuff in a seperate trash bag and don't use your own trash can...
