03/18/13 at 5pm a police chopper flew at an dangerous altitude right by my bedroom windows (I live in a 2 story apartment upstairs) not sure how many of you have been up close to a helicopter but it's the loudest thing ever this chopper was so close it was flying in-between the apartment buildings and stopped by my window then when it took off it almost hit a huge ass tree

There were a bunch of kids out playing, adults were out walking ect.. There are an unbelievable amount of birds that fly in groups around here if a bird flew up and hit the propellers they could have killed everyone on the ground below. Or If they would have clipped the tree they would have fell right on houses. another-words they put everyone at risk (low altitude) what's that breaking the law? yes they did. putting people at risk.

what makes me depressed is the only way this could happen is if someone snitched on me
im a 19 year old college student who works my ass off everyday both at work and school
i program in C and i program micro controllers.. not a stupid pot head now am i..
good people like me shouldn't be throwin in prison, we lose faith in changing our country..
so much hard work all for nothing they were going to be done in May btw i only had 2 plants marijuana helps me with my depression, lower back problems, and gives me an apatite without it i can go all day without eating and not even realize it

im not lying! it was right out my window i havent even smoked in 4 days
i went to the balcony window and watched. it was at least 20ft from my windows just hovering there

LOL if the cops wanted to cheak out if your growing or not i really dont think they would send a chopper to cheak it out those things cost a fortune to fly,so paraniod yeah you are just wasted it all for nothing,but time will tell either they trun up on your doorstep or they dont,im betting they dont so in finishing DERP!.

something don't smell right here. Even if you were ratted out, they're not gonna send a helicopter that probably costs a couple grand to run for an hour and use their flir camera on you...unless one of your friends said you had 100's of plants running, but then that wouldn't really be possible in an apartment.

My friend who got raided said that the police raid cost them 22,000 including all the peripheral things like digging up the plants and hiring out the equipment plus damages. I'd think a Helicopter would cost a little more than 1,000 to run based on the cost of he raid my friend had. He wasn't growing anything large scale, 5 plants in his back yard in a greenhouse, they'd just started flowering too.

But I think the OP was a little paranoid, although it would scare the shit out of me too! I think you should look at your local news outlets to see if there was an incident in the area or something. A Police helicopter flying that low would absolutely make the news, especially if it was hanging around for a while.

I don't know much on the subject. My dad has a helicopter 50 buck for pump gas keeps you in the air for 3+ hours no joke straight ass pump gas
