hairs all over and the lights are on 24/7 whats up?

I have a mother which was attacked by spidermites. Ive since killed them but she has hairs at al the nodes. Could the mites have stressed her into flowering even tho the lights are on 24/7? It doesnt seem that buds are forming just hairs at the nodes. Thanx
