I'm having trouble calibrating my Hanna 98129 ph/TDS/ meter. I have calibrated it for pH, no problems. EC/TDS however is giving me some troubles.
I own the 1413 solution (Hanna product # HI 7031) and I just calibrated the meter with it. It read OK. I then rinsed the meter, switch it to PPM mode and stuck it in some GH 1500 PPM reference solution. It read around 1900.
I'm thinking the problem is in my conversion factor settings, but I don't know what the hell i'm doing lol. I originally had it at 0.5 conv factor, then changed it to 0.7 as another forum suggested. Both read inaccurate PPM readings after calibration.
