Hanna ph meter malfunction help

I bought a hanna ph meter a month ago and other than needing to be recalibrated every few days it works great. did a res change yesterday morning it worked fine. I came home to check the ph again and upon turning it on the numbers rapidly jump all over the place. Turned it off and then back on and now it is just stuck on the number 1. anybody have any idea what the problem is and how to fix it? theres abit of fog behind the screen even though i didn't go past the max level line

there may be a reset button but I would pull the batterys out, try that.
but as Ive found with the grave yard of hanna ph pens and ppm pens
in the closet there a junk product.

No reset button. tried battery thing and nada. taking it down to my local store in the morning and there gonna take a look at it and hopefully just replace it for me. Just worried about the PH in my res, my girls are picky as hell about there PH, start flowering on april first dont want to many problems

did you keep it in storage solution?
If you didn't, then you broke it...I broke mine.
Someone tole me that if you soak it for a month it may come back to life.
My old one is soaking for few months now. I haven't checked it lately. Got a new one.
