Just wanted to wish everyone an awesome day! It is 75 degrees and sunny here! What an awesome day! I an sooo slacking! My littlest one is napping and I am sitting on my deck smoking out of my bubbler and enjoying the beautiful weather. I should be doing laundry, but this is the day I have been waiting for for the last 5 or so months!
I hope everyone has a great day!

I hear you, spent the best $18 of my life for a blow up pool for my 3 yr old grand daughter. She damn near slept in the thing over the weekend.

The big pool gets fired up this week.

I wish it'd stay warm enough for that here! We always open our pool weekend before Memorial Day weekend. That's my assigned family holiday party for the year, so we make sure even if freezing, the pool is swimmable! Not many of the adults will venture in, but the kids don't seem to care if the water's like 65 degrees.

no not really...but that's never stopped snow around here this time of year
it's hilarious to see recent immigrants walk into the mall in shorts and light shirts and their horrified reaction when they come back out to a raging blizzard
then the next day everything is gone by like 11 or so...by lunchtime the same peeps emerge for a nibble in parkas in 80 degree weather and the giggles quickly return

it's kinda nice out actually...makes me nervous

ChubbySoap, I would hate it! I lived in Florida for a year, then we moved to IL, near my Hubby's family. We moved at the end of June and the night we got there it was only about 50 degrees. I was so upset! Thank God it isn't usually that cold there in the summer!

happy spring to you too :) it's always nice here but i appreciate it every day.
I miss living where it's always warm, but at least here my whole family lives within 2 hours or less of us, so that's nice! I have a huge family, so there's always cousins to hang out with.
