That's the thing, it's actually a bagseed that we were fortunate enough to find. Got my fingers crossed for yet another female from bagseed, had super luck thus far, 6/6 fems-from-bags.

:leaf: Took my first clone today :bigjoint: Plannin on lettin it root, then str8 to 12/12 . As of now, it's in an expandable jiffy inside a 20oz water bottle to keep in some moisture. I'll be breathing in it for some co2, figure it couldn't hurt right?

Alright so I got a couple of pics to share:lol:. Harry showed sex as of last night and it's a girl:hump:! Seems to be a bit of a defficiency goin on at the top of the plant, not quite sure what this one is though... from the looks of it, i think it's either mag. or a zinc def??? Overall, she's growing great, other than those top leaves:?. Feel free to post here, this threads always open:hump:. Anyways, on to the pics!

i had the same problem with a sativa in my last grow...

and i never got a clear cut answer as to what it was but yea its a mag or zink deff...

i ended up finding a all purpose concentrate with micro nutrients and it had a small amount of both, i fed that @ 1/2 strength (14 drops per gal.) and it was all better in like a week. my lights are out right now otherwise id tell you the brand. i think it was scotts or schultz

good luck and happy growing!

Mine's definately locked out! I tested my runoff just minutes ago, and I knew if it was high, then BAM! zinc it is! And go figure, runoff tested 8-8.5ph! Im flushing tonight so she should be back on track soon!

A couple post-flush pics. She sucked up all the h2o from the flush already and she got foliar fed today with some organic 3-3-3 which contains both zinc and magnesium. The flush has seemed to stave off the defficiency for now as it's not getting any worse. Runoff today was right at 7, which i can work with. Now we watch and wait.... i hate the waiting...

Lets talk roots. I noticed some big fan leaves a couple days ago, they were lookin pretty ill and not in a good way. Time to transplant. New scotts soil, and some perlite. Hope to hell she pops back soon! I took some more pics along the way, sorry they're not the best but my phone's all i'm workin with here. Feel free to comment. Cheers.bongsmilie

... ^^^once again, my apologies for the shitty pics:-(. If u look at the first picture, every bit of the 'whiter' color u can see is roots, all roots!
The second pic's a little better, notice the big fans getting ready to drop? Me too. Havin all them roots isn't all bad though, sure made for a sweet transplant, and she should bounce back quite well. Wish me luck!

Well it's been a few days since the transplant into Harry The 8th's new 3gal. home. She's pickin up a little more each day, and although she's still droopy, i think she'll be ok:lol:. The leaves have went from a light green claw, to.... well a dark green claw for now. I have realized that in my efforts to stave off my mag. and zinc def., i have overdone the N, THUS THE CLAW!!! .... NOTHING CAN STOP THE CLAW!!!! LOL>.. . Cept some good plain water foliar feeding to leech excess nitro from the leaves:bigjoint:. the main thing here is that she's returning to her normal darker color, and the inter-veinous yellowing seems to be on the retreat. The leaves are beginning to pick back up, so it doesn't look as though i've overN'd too bad. Well i'll keep posting updates along the way. Anyone have any Q;s or comments, please feel free to post..... seems wierd only seein my name all the way down the roll, so please, post commets or whatever, even constructive criticisim:bigjoint:.

:? Today was a fairly busy day in the garden. A buddy of mine's got a few gals of his own he started a couple months back. Now his gals are gettin too big for the cfls, or so he thinks, so had to hook him up with the air-cooled 400 watt hps from htg I've been usin. I had to modify my old cheap-o 400 with a full on diy cool-tube and disassemble and re-locate the magnetic ballast as well. For now the cooltube's workin just as good as the air-cooled setup, if not better:hump:.
