No, this isn't another "is it ready?" post. Sorry to disappoint....
I'm a year round indoor grower, but I couldn't resist an outdoor crop this season. Now, it's chopping time, but I'm hesitant to hang the outdoor buds inside, as I don't want to risk bringing any undesirable pests or disease into my indoor garden. Due to cold/rainy weather, I also don't want them to go to shit hanging outside..
So.. I've decided it may be smartest to quick dry the outdoor crop and dedicate it to extractions.
I was thinking I might be able to give all buds a rough trim and put them in a brown paper bag/cardboard box to dry like I do with my trim. This seems like it might be a decent way to contain whatever pests might be lingering in the crop, while also allowing me to bring them inside out of the elements. Can anyone recommend the best way to go about this?
Edit: Shit, I'm now realizing this might be better suited for the 'harvest' section, but I'm sure you outdoor guru's are more than knowledgeable on this topic.
